Lovely for a cup of tea or coffee when visiting the garden centre, quiet tranquil outside seating area and very friendly service. However, on this occasion due to having a broken arm, and unable to drive, I walked and found it quite unpleasant trying to walk from the A20 main road along the narrow lane to the garden centre, there is no pedestrian pathway and had to walk in the road itself which was quite busy and unnerving. Not the fault of the twig and spoon but would be nice if a dedicated pedestrian pathway existed.

We had an afternoon tea here today and what a wonderful time we had. Our service was provided by Danielle today. She was so attentive, so smiley, couldn't do enough for us and was genuinely the most lovely lady. She made us feel so relaxed and made our visit really special; she also included my 4 year old in every interaction, got her a cushion to sit her up a bit higher and comfier and made her laugh and smile. This is my second experience here and my mothers 7th. Every time it exceeds expectations and is such a magical experience. Plenty of yummy and beautifully presented food, warm, cosy environment with such a beautiful lay out. Thank you Danielle. We hope to see you again.

I recently had the opportunity to experience afternoon tea at Twig and Spoon, and it was a delightful experience. The setting is beautiful, with a charming outdoor patio and a cozy indoor dining room. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is excellent. The afternoon tea itself was delicious. The selection of finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries was extensive and varied. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the presentation was lovely. The tea selection was also impressive, with a wide variety of loose-leaf teas to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Twig and Spoon. It is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with friends or family. I highly recommend it!

This is a fabulous place for food and friends or even family! The place is clean and elegant and the food is great. I always book as it can be busy it's clearly a popular place. I have only recently found this place via a friend who invited me to afternoon tea and that was great. Now I book and meet my friends here all the time. Staff are friendly and smile and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great dining experience.

Service is always given with a smile. It is very accommodating as always. Clean, tidy environment . There are plenty of tables. Excellent food. Good starter, mains, and puddings choices on the menu plus a section of lite bites to. Many people go for coffee/tea and homemade cake. You have 4 plus different choices on the day, all of which are absolutely wonderful and worth the visit just for those!! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely little restaurant within the garden centre. We did book ahead but there was a few tables available. Everything was clean and tidy with great food, the only recommendation is to have a better choice of tea options but that’s just being picky. Great tasting food.

Food very good as usual, as was the service. The only thing that wrankled a little was the unexpected addition of a 10% service charge added to the bill. I didn't notice until after I'd paid - and added my own tip to the bill! My fault for this, but it would be nice if there was a tip %age option such as at Toby Carvery - 5%, 10% etc options
